My baby ball python came alive and healthy with a very warm heat pack! They answered my questions in a timely manner and everything went with ease. Fedex delayed my snake a day more but freedom breeder were very nice and apologized about it. Overall a very fantastic experience.
Were wonderful from ensuring my animal shipped on a specific date to answering questions after the sale. I could not recommend them more! My python arrived healthy and exactly as described! Both Jessy and Jimmy communicated with me before and after the sale and I can tell they genuinely care about the animals they propagate. I would do business again if the need arises!

They were so easy to work with. I got a BP from one of their Facebook auctions, and although shipping got delayed due to FedEx being incapable of properly managing logistics, the packing job was so excellent that even after two days in shipping, the BP was totally fine. It has been growing great and has almost doubled in size since I got it. I will certainly be back for more!
This was my first experience buying an animal online and I had a great experience. I purchased a female mojave through their most recent Facebook online auction and the animal arrived perfectly healthy and even more beautiful than the photo. During shipping FedEx had a mix up and the package took 2 days to arrive but Freedom Breeder was in contact with me the whole time and provided fantastic customer service!
