I have two ball python I have from you guys the albino and my mystic is doing great both can be handle just mystic likes to hid alot thank you guys
Snake that i recived wont let me hold. Hisses at me and trys to strike my hand. They also diddnt specify that it was eating live before getting it. Planning on just sticking with my local breeders and local reptile shows.

You specifically asked what it was eating and we answered immediately. So the not knowing part was completely false. We are sorry your not able to hold your snake. It does take some time and a lot of patience to work with a ball python. But for the most part ball pythons can be very docile. Ok I buy a lot of different stuff online from different places. Every purchase I've made from these guys has been accompanied with the Best Customer Service I've ever seen!!! My last order I placed I received a cracked tub that I believed to be still useable. I just wanted to notify them of what happened. Before I could place my phone down after sending a email with pics. I received a reply saying a replacement was on its way!! No charges on my end at all. I wasn't looking for a replacement or asking for one but received one... read more
