Freedom Boat Club gave misleading information and wasted my time. Also, Brad was rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. He treated me like I wasn't important. He lacks management, comprehension, and communication skills. He also lacks respect for other people's time. In fact, it seemed as if Brad was under the influence of an illicit substance, which sadly has become common in the area. He was all over the place. We had a Great ‘First Day’ solo on the water. Our training has been fantastic. The Freedom Boat Club Dock-master was great, even dealing with a last minute issue very quickly and effectively. We loved the boat and our first experience! We Highly recommend FBC!
