I HAVE NOT BEEN A CUSTOMER YET AT FREEDOM BUT I WILL FOR ANY OF MY MECHANIC NEEDS. I STOPPED TO ASK A QUESTION AND THE OFFERED VERY GOOD ADVICE AS WELL LETTING ME BORROW A HOME MADE TOOL THAT I NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY TASK. I STILL HAVE THE TOOL AS I AM WAITING FOR PARTS TO ARRIVE. THEY ARE GREAT!! I WILL ALWAYS TAKE MY BUSINESS THERE AS WELL AS LETTING EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THERE GREAT BUSINESS!!

I have finally found the first honest and knowledgeable shop in town. Long story short, I had a transmission replaced by another shop and when I picked up the car I had an ABS warning light come on that made the car almost impossible to brake at slow speeds. I took it to Jim Click and they said I needed to replace the ABS module for around $3000. I took it to Tucson Hybrids and they charged me $600 plus for the diagnostics and told me I needed to pay them another $2500 to replace the ABS module. I knew the module could n... read more

It is refreshing to have a honest, polite encounter with the owner himself servicing your car(s). Joe has been fixing my cars for over a decade and he has earned my trust as well as my loyalty. Oh and he’s a veteran! (You can see their giant American Flag waving proudly out front: can’t miss it!)
