Very pleased, extremely satisfied. Company contacted my insurance. Came to my home at agreed upon designated window of time. The job was done completely to my satisfaction. No out of pocket. They work with my insurance state farm. This is the third time I have used this company. I am old fashioned, if something is not broken why change. Freedom auto glass is my choice. The are honest,breputable and performer a smooth clean job

I had a great experience with the people here. We used them in the past to get my boyfriends windshield repaired and they were great so when my new car got a crack in the windshield I knew we needed to call them again they did everything with my pesky insurance company and came out and replaced my windshield within 2 days and they are fast! Very nice if we ever have any other windshield problems we know who we will call

One call and they were out the next day to replace my windshield, great job guys. Half hour they were gone. One year Free chip repair. It doesn't get better than this They came right to my home.

I was very pleased with freedom auto glass! I have referred all my friends to them! They came to my work the same day I called them. The employee was very professional and friendly. Worked efficiently. Once the job was done. He gave me $100 cash and was done. I haven't had any issues with my new windshield!

Had a great experience with Freedom Auto Glass! I called to make an appt. and the lady was very friendly and made the process move along quickly. The people called me letting me know they were on their way. The service was very quick and they were super helpful. Thank you!

I can only say the most positive things about Freedom Auto Glass. My windshield had a chip which turned into a crack and needed replacement. I put my info into their website on Thursday and received a call shortly after. After a couple quick questions, Wade talked to my insurance and called me back as a conference call with him and an insurance agent. Another couple of questions, very painless all in all. I heard the advertisement on KTAR radio. Decided to try this company. They contacted my insurance with me in the line. Set up the claim and scheduled to have my windshield replaced within 2 days at my workplace. They do use independent contractors which was not a problem. Very pleasant, efficient gentleman did the work. They also offer $100 cash back on the spot.

Initially, I was frustrated with not being able to set an appointment sooner than I wanted, but patience is a virtue. I was able to get my glass repaired without me being present, and the work looks great! Reported to me when the repair guy showed up and when he was finished. And right there in my car, was the $100 for the replacement :) I'd definitely recommend their service. They worked with my insurance and all I had to do was call and give them my information. Thank you Freedom!
