I was looking online for company's to go through and I called Freedom Auto Glass and was so impressed from the first young lady, I think name was Leah, I spoke with to the Installer which I feel terrible I don't know the name. I had a 5 Star experience. I called and the young gal explanned everything and made me feel so comfortable. its unbelievable. I've recommended Freedom Auto Glass to my whole family, all my friends, and any one I know who has a chip, crack, or needs any auto glass replaced. I am a very happy... ESTATIC... customer...to say the least. I had to sign up for Yelp, download app.... when Ive never used this...because I truly believe they deserve the recognition of Superior Service!!! I have never dealt with windshield insurance claims before so it was a true blessing to have found Freedom Auto Glass. It was so easy, efficient & fast (it only took 2 days)! The process went very smooth & the installers were on time & very communicative. I would highly recommend Freedom Auto Glass!

I hate claims and dealing with insurance, however Tracy made this experience an absolute breeze. She helped me sort things with my insurance and was patient and so sincere the entire way. Thank you for the amazing service, Tracy! You are the best! It was my first experience with Freedom Auto Glass and it won't be my last one!

I spoke to Tracy initially and she provided the most amazing customer service. She was extremely helpful, informative, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and since I had to call back on a Saturday she made sure the girl in the office that Saturday (wish I could remember her name) he all the information needed so I didn't have to start the process all over. Top tier all the way! The lady that took my initial call was friendly, helpful and and very knowledgeable. Today, Carlos and an assistant showed up, right on time, to replace my windshield - again, they were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have a beautiful, clean new windshield, clear instructions for the next two days, and $100 cash in my hands since I had a promo code from a recent coupon mailing. Thanks for making this all so easy and pleasant!

I just had my windshield replaced by Freedom Auto Glass and it was a GREAT experience! Freedom called Monday and scheduled the appointment as soon as my insurance company approved the work! They were here early (with notification), they were neat, clean, efficient and polite! Obviously knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I've used Freedom Auto Glass twice now in the past couple of years. Both times they've been prompt, efficient and very professional. Today, the Customer Service rep Destiny helped me get same day service for my windshield replacement to avoid a safety issue. Destiny is the best and I am very pleased with the service so far from Freedom Auto Glass.
