We purchased an A/C unit from Freedom Air the fall of 2016 and have been very pleased with the performance of the unit. We contacted Freedom today to ask about perhaps upgrading the duct work and/or insulation in our condo. Mike E was extremely helpful and informing us what our options were and what needed to be considered. He was very thorough in and answered questions using his knowledge of the industry and his company. We were very impressed with Mike and his ability to explain what could be done to resolve our problem.

Rob did a fantastic job. He knew that having the repair done on time was important to me so he avoided a delay by personally picking up the parts instead of waiting for a delivery saving a day for us. Additionally, he took the time to do a few little extra touches to ensure a professional repair. I would highly recommend Rob and Freedom Air.
We have had Sammy for the past year. He is extremely professional and communicate very well with us. Everyone at Freedom Air is pleasant and helpful.

By far the best company I have ever dealt with in 58 years. Knowledgeable, professional, respectful, courteous, kind (to name a few). They delivered exactly what they promised -- fast and easy. It was truly a pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend Freedom Air. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Freedom Air sent Matthew out today and he was very professional and informative. He explained the current condition of my AC unit and then recommended some preventative maintenance. Great guy, great company. He was not pushy just helpful.
