I paced a call to Freedom Heat and Air on 8/6/18,that afternoon Travis O****(,Service advisor )was at our home and assessed our situation with our central air and explained thoroughly what our options were. He was professional,knowledgeable and very respectful. We decides on our purchase and on 8/8/18 we had our new Carrier installed. They returned our call within 30 min to ask some questions and at our door within 1 hour. They sent a picture and a name before he arrived so we knew who to expect. Technician was knowledgeable and fixed AC quickly. We will always use Freedom Heat and Air!
We are extremely pleased with the service that we received today, having a new unit installed. The technicians Adam and Rich were extremely professional, helpful and did not leave until all of our questions were answered.

WOW, amazing service. The tech was friendly and helpful. He wore shoe covers and answered all my questions. As a retired contractor I could say I am thourgouhly impressed by this organization. The first company I dealt with tried ripping me off and I never mentioned that but the Freedom Air tech fixed my issue and never once mentioned replacing my unit. It is nice to know there is companies out there that still value customer service.
Second time in a row I had Matt for a yearly maintenance checkup. This second time he came with a "newbie" (DJ). BOTH of these men were friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I was so impressed with both of them, I bought the maintenance package because there is no other company I would want to deal with for my air conditioner. THAT is how impressed I am with Freedom Air & Heat!
My air-conditioner had stopped completely not knowing who to call I looked for the rating on the BBB reviews. Freedom air had a five star rating the tech that came out went straight to the air-conditioning unit proceeded to work on it and within 45 minutes had the problems solved he was proficient he was courteous and wasted no time locating the problem and taking care of it. I Have been with Freedom Air for over 3 years. They have given me excellent service during this time. Today my unit went down and within the hour a technician came by. He had analyzed the problem and fixed the issues within 30 minute's. They are a dependable and reliable company. Excellent!
