Called in to the clinic as a result of a failed filling. As usual, they accommodated my needs in a timely, efficient and personable manner. Since I am a patient, I expect no less but, the combination of state of the art technique and equipment, professional and friendly two-way communication (actual communication in the 21st century!) made the visit (almost) pleasurable. Quick, super efficient, professional and friendly. Clone ‘em. My friends need better care.
I was extremely pleased with the immediate care I received from Dr. Lofton and his staff. Professional, timely, and courteous. Dr. Lofton throughly explained the procedure I was having, and what to expect afterwards. I was also impressed by his state of the art equipment.
What an awesome experience! I normally put off going to the dentist because my teeth are so sensitive. However I had no choice in this case because I chipped a tooth. To my surprise not only did he fix the chip but noticed that the filling was bad. He repaired anything in 10 minutes with absolutely NO pain. I would recommend Cherry Hills Dental Group to anyone! I've never been to a bad dentist, but the Cherry Hills team take your health very seriously. They want to give you the tools and knowledge necessary to improve your oral health so that you can have a better quality of life. They're very up front with findings, but in a way that expresses concern and not blame. It's a very easy environment to be in.
Dr. Lofton and the staff at Cherry Hills are always gentle with their care from routine teeth cleaning to sensitive fillings. They always have a smile and make sure all your questions are answered.
As always, my hygienist, Mary, did a very professional, complete analysis and cleaning of my teeth, oral hygiene. She's always upbeat, cheerful, and does everything she can to make the experience as comfortable, and complete, as possible. It takes personal pride in the work to be as familiar with the large number of patients that she has, their personal issues and needs.
