Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? I was rushed, didn't have a chance to ask questions because the doctor rushed out of the room and totally blew me off. She seemed very stressed, forgetful and under pressure. I didn't feel I was examined properly and was rushed to a diagnosis. The entire experience was very strange and worrisome.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Sometimes, but not always Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average
