Visited Dr. Freed, as referred by my spinal surgeon, to inquire about a foot brace to aid with my drop foot that occurred following spinal fusion surgery. He listened to my problem and after examining my X-rays felt that a rigid ankle brace would help, explained what it would do and referred a place that sold shoes specifically for the braces.He then explained that he too suffered from drop foot and how long his recovery period was. Dr Freed diagnosed my ruptured Achilles tendon when I thought I just had arthritis. His surgical skills and professional demeanor are top notch. I’d recommend Dr Freed to anyone who has experienced foot pain—he’ll zero in on the issue and be honest about what it will take to remediate. He’s the best!
When you walk in the front office everyone is professional the place is awesome
Dr. Freed is an extremely compassionate doctor. He listens to your issues and concerns and gives you his best advice on a treatment plan. I like that he doesn't rush you to have surgery, but gives you treatment options that work to calm the pain and inflammation.
He doesn't sugar coat things and is easy to talk to.
When I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by one of the young ladies that were sitting at the intake desk. I asked her a few questions and she answered them faithfully fully, and with a smile I appreciate that.!
He was down to earth, great sense of humor, not arrogant...which is rare with doctors, imo!
