I decided I needed a new furnace after having my old one repaired by another company and found out later it had a crack in it that was temporarily caulked. It was so cold with minus zero temperatures last month and I called Freed. Cory came out and gave me the best proposal for a new 2 stage Lennox, they installed it 1/23/26 one of our coldest days and my house is warmer than it ever has been, A BIG thank you to all the installers also!

Had repairman here twice and both times he said it was fixed. It is not fixed. And when I called I was told that the repairman told her that it was so technically the customer is not to be believed.
Not recommended . Many things seem sketchy . Not responsive to customer concerns . Something is editing and chipping reviews even negative ones to post with your name to their website even when you are trying to get them to give attention to issues with their company . No more business from me .
