I just watched a man in a Freed truck at Davenport Coasto drive like a maniac in between the gas pump. And yell at a customer to move. Because he did not want to parallel park. Totally unprofessional behavior.
We called freed to inspect our air conditioning unit, Brad come to inspect we decided to replace both the furnace and cooling units .Brad suggested the correct unit for our house.They come to install very quickly.We had a small blip but it was resolved very fast.Thank you Freed for making things simple.We will continue to depend on freed.
I decided I needed a new furnace after having my old one repaired by another company and found out later it had a crack in it that was temporarily caulked. It was so cold with minus zero temperatures last month and I called Freed. Cory came out and gave me the best proposal for a new 2 stage Lennox, they installed it 1/23/26 one of our coldest days and my house is warmer than it ever has been, A BIG thank you to all the installers also!

Had repairman here twice and both times he said it was fixed. It is not fixed. And when I called I was told that the repairman told her that it was so technically the customer is not to be believed.
