First stop after arriving in Rockwall. Freebirds does not disappoint. Thank you to the lovely staff!
Dined in this location for lunch today. As we walked in there was a huge cockroach by our feet that was just stepped on (by the tortilla press area). The food was great as usual. We then went to look for a table to sit at and the tables were DISGUSTING and the floors had food all over them. The women’s bathroom was filthy and smelled horrible; Trash overflowing as well. THIS IS MY FAVE SPOT!!! I go out of my way to come to this location because my burrito is ALWAYS on point and the queso is THE BEST!! DO NOT get me started on Ash and how she runs this location like a CHAMP, A TRUE LEADER!! Ash, Kayla, and the team MAKE MY DAY with their kindness, empathy, and their attention to every detail.
