A very tricky and bitter old man to work with. Had him do a tune- up and the bike came back in worse condition than I gave it to him in. Then when I went to try and resolve the issue with Steve, he did not respond to my call/voice message despite me contacting him multiple times on a work-day. I say, okay well then I should go to an official shop and get my bike repaired there (the same repair that wasn't even necessary until Steve worked on the bike) and they confirmed and fixed the problem. What an upstanding guy Steve is! As a skateboarder I know nothing about my bike, besides how to fix a chain. He did not take adva of my lack of knowledge, instead he gave me a quote over the phone and didn't nickle and dime me even after he insisted he fixed other small things on my bike to make sure it ran more smooth. I will be back and will be recommending to everyone.

Steve was amazing! I went in for a way-overdue tuneup, and he fixed it way quicker than I expected. He also explained how to use my bike properly (I am a total novice) so I have fewer issues going forward. Great value and friendly service.
Awesome experience. I didn't know he was blind when I pulled up so I was more than a little surprised! He does amazing work in a short time frame and his prices are reasonable. Full recommendation.
