I love this place, i enjoy their lovely customer service as well as their wonderful products. With some purchases sometimes they will give me a mini sample of some of their products, it's such a sweet gesture

I had the most amazing massage. Lucy was so kind and an amazing massage therapist. Environment was beautiful, warm and inviting. Can’t wait to go back!
Oh my GOD- I’m not exaggerating when I say this is by far THE BEST spa experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. It’s a humble place but very nice and clean and extremely quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. The pressure was perfect, and i felt so much genuine care and passion in the treatments!! Actually, no, Lucy it's not false information. I was there. You don't have an estheticians license and you do double dip. And ComfortZone is chemical. It's not Wendy Greers products which is why I applied in the first place. You have a God complex and you can't receive criticism from staff who have outside experience. You can't schedule, you keep clients and staff waiting, and you have no proper hygiene. Liars. If it's a FreeSpirit Spa, then why are your facials full of toxic products?
