They have great customer service and they are very professional. They even kept the shop open later so that I could get my car after work. They let me know exactly what repairs were done to the car and they were very detailed.

Thank you for being an honest mechanic and for fixing my car at a very reasonable rate. I'm afraid some mechanics would have replaced the whole transmission in my car and I wouldn't have known the difference. it's good to know there are a few people , as yourself, who still have a good business run by good people who care about their fellow man. We had EXCELLENT service at this Reliable Transmission. Staff was very friendly and professional. Owner will sell you only what you need and is extremely honest!! Couldn't be happier with my transmission rebuild and the warranty is outstanding! I highly recommend this place and told everyone! We couldn't be happier!!

Our car has been shuddering for months and we reluctantly faced the fact that we might have to replace the transmission. My husband and I found you by asking some of his coworkers. You immediately seemed to know what he was talking about and suggested that you first try replacing all of the transmission fluid. I brought the car back later and you replaced the fluid. The car drives like a dream. We thank you for fixing our car and not taking advantage of us. Free Miles Transmission is the best!!!!

This is a great place to get your car fixed. Owner was so professional and provided first rate work at a very fair price. My BMW needed new brakes and rear wheel bearings and the car runs like a dream now. He is definitely my go to mechanic from here on out.
