Couldn't speak more highly of my first experience with Dr. Sheppard and his nurse Yuki (spelling?). I called at 8:35 this morning and got a 10:00 appointment. By 10:10 I was visiting with Dr. Sheppard, by 10:30 we were old friends, by 10:40 he already had initial test results, by 10:45 I had a diagnosis and was getting my blood drawn for a more in-depth workup and by 11:00 I was walking out the door with my meds which he's able to fill in house. Yesterday i went to the clinic to see Dr Sheppard for bronchitis. As soon as i walked in, i was greeted with a smile from the lady at the front desk. Within 5 minutes of walking in the door i was greeted with kindness, vitals taken and the doctor had come to my room. The doctor was very kind and compassionate for his patients. By the time i walked out of my room to check out they had my medicine sitting there for me. Dr. Sheppard is amazing. He truly cares about his patients.
Absolutely amazing! Dr. Sheppard and staff are great. They take time and treat the person not just the disease or the problem. The way I invision medical care and absolutely the way it should be. Thank you all so much. Not to mention the affordability. I could go on and on. Just amazing.
Had the privilege of meeting Dr. Sheppard for the first time last week. Had a great visit. He listens very well and I felt he was very thorough. Nice to have a Dr that actually cares about his patients. Had a question about meds called in about 6:30pm and he personally called me back to answer my question. Exceptional in my opinion!!
