Yesterday late in the day one of my employees lost a battle with a 10” mitre saw, the wound was a little wider than my trusty bottle of superglue could handle so Doc Sheppard (who was fishing with his boys at the time of the call) raced in and met him at the office to stitch it up. 30 minutes later it looks like a set of stitches that could win a blue ribbon at the state quilting competition. I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Dr K from Joplin’s branch of Free Market Physician. Learning about FMP is awesome. I want to share this for any friends who don’t have health insurance. The cost is $70 per month for adults and they have child plans and family plans. For an Adult, you’re talking $840 for the year. Using the traditional healthcare route I was spending over 5k a year and still had doctor copays, medicine copays, and usual wait at urgent Care was anything but urgent. Now I pay less than a thousand a year with doctor and medishare fees! No waits, text my doctor, meds at wholesale prices, and just great peace of mind. Thanks Dr shepherd for being awesome!!!
We saw Dr. Matos today, not only is this place affordable, but he is the first doctor we have ever had that was eager to listen and investigate my sons complicated inflammatory disease. He was extremely thorough and put my mind at ease. I’m so grateful for a place like this that you can afford AND you feel heard. Thank you!
One of the best Doctors I have ever had. He is friendly, courteous and knows his medicine. His office staff are very friendly and helpful. I've been seeing him for about 2 years and I've never had any problems with the services he and his staff provide.
I like everyone, they are very professional and caring.
