I’ve frequented a few different bike shops over the years, and I simply have never had the experience that I had at freeflite. Not only did Ramon spend hours with me getting me fitted exactly right on my bike, he made sure that every little thing was taken care of and set up to my exact specifications. I was also able to rent the same model bike that I ended up buying. I don’t know any other places in Atlanta where they actually rent top flight road bikes. Fantastic staff! Very rare do you have such a personable staff at a bike shop! Ramon Cevallos is very knowledgeable and can speak bike language to the top informed as well as adjusting to the beginner. He did a phenomenal job at following up on several occasions. Aaron is a awesome mechanic too and gets things done in a very timely manner. Great experience buying my new Trek Fuel EX8 and repairing my Scott!
I went to free-flite to upgrade my road bike. Ramone recommended some nice carbon wheels and new tires as well as a new saddle. Lester did a great job installing everything for me. I was very comfortable dealing with this shop. Everyone I worked with went out of their way to make me happy. I’ll be back!
