I had an excellent bike fit experience with Travis at Free-Flite today. He took careful measurements and watched me ride (and walk) before making adjustments to my road bike's handlebars/stem, seat and cleats, and asked how each impacted my riding comfort. He also shared tips on posture, pedal stroke and muscle focus which I am looking forward to applying the next time I take my bike out.
Great shop to do business with they got my trek fuel ex back to great working shape be sure to ask for ramon if your looking for a new bike.
Thanks to Jason at the East Cobb store. Not only did he go to the trouble to help me find exactly the right bicycle for my needs and the proper size, he did not automatically recommend the most expensive model. I will definitely be back !

Joseph spent an extraordinary amount of time over 3 visits, with my partner and I, helping a couple of "old, chubby broads" find the perfect bicycles to get us off the couch and out into fresh air! He taught us about gears, and helped pick the perfect colors, helmets, and (for me) matching accessories! We're looking forward to taking the Maintenance 101 class, so we can learn how to take care of our bikes.
Bought a Trek Superfly S5 at the East Cobb store several weeks ago and am overly satisfied with their service. Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, making sure that you make the right choice.
