We did not make an appointment as it is a walk in location, but we got turned away a day before my boyfriend's flight. Was short staffed so they closed an hour early. Had to come the next morning the day of his flight, to get him tested. Flight schedules are very strict on covid so he had to get a test no later than 24 hours before his flight. they’re line up and registration setup makes things difficult. If you have never been there you won’t know what to do till someone walks around with the form that has a QR code. The first time I went the form didn’t have the right QR code- and a lady was walking up and down the long line relying the terribly long URL. I went two days in a row. The Good: No appointment necessary COVID test. The Bad: You will not get your results within an hour. My son and I went to get tested today, as he has all the symptoms of Omicron variant. 99% sure he got it from school. We had our test done at 10am, and it is now almost 5pm and no results. I need to know if he is positive so we can let the school know.
