I've been to several testing sites and this one was the least organized - there are instructions on a whiteboard that aren't very clear. The location is also very small - I was nervous that I could be exposed to covid while I was waiting. And the facility isn't very clean. But the people on site were fine and I got my rapid results in 20 minutes (they didn't offer PCR tests the day that I was there)

Good if you just want the rapid test. The folks on site were fine, although their posted instructions -- written on a whiteboard -- weren't great. It took me about 20 minutes to get home, and the results of the first test were already in my email. A week later, I still don't have the results of the second test. Yesterday I called the Chicago number that they gave me for 'the lab.' The message said that I was #86 in line, and that my wait time would be about 1 minute.
