I had a good experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff warm and welcoming. Dr Ana took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and made sure everything was explained clearly. Truly felt like I was in good hands!
This place is great. Amazing staff, especially Victor, who got me an appointment same day and also administered my TB test quickly, efficiently and pain free. I highly recommend this free clinic
So I've been trying to speak with Matilda she keeps on putting me on hold very bad customer service I ask to speak with manager or supervisor and she cannot provide me that information. Overall her customer service over the phone was a bad. She gets frustrated but you cannot understand her language her manager should really consider hiring someone that speaks clear fluent English over the phone
