I've been going to the center for five years. All involved are so special. I just went to Dr. Pennington who is a dentist in Dublin. He took excellent care and explained everything he was going to do before hand. Angel worked with him and was wonderful. I would like to mention a few other names that I have had an experience with. very rude staff and unwilling to help that is the motto here at this Health Center AKA used to be free clinic now they're taking advantages of people's Medicaid if you have Medicaid or Medicare please go to another dentist for your sake
I have had the most negative medical experience in my life this morning I have never been talkin to so rudely by the secretary and the director of Dentistry down there at the New River Valley Health Center they could not even refer me to somewhere else but instead said they was going to cut out my wisdom teeth with general anesthesia and send me on my way without even any Motrin or medicine for swelling is this what people with Medicaid deserve as this the type of treatment that this place gives I have posted this all over t... read more
Super great and caring staff. They were able to see me the same day with my dental emergency when my regular dentist wouldn’t die to covid19 concerns.
