Despite multiple requests over the last few years, she has refused to remove videos of our home. She did not represent either party in the sale, yet continues to use our property in her marketing, which is an invasion of our privacy. To make matters worse, the recent response—claiming not to know who I am and labeling me as “angry”—only shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I’m not angry, just very disappointed. This has been an extremely frustrating and unnecessary experience.
Ellen came highly recommended by a dear friend and I'm so grateful she was. I had a VERY tight budget in a VERY difficult market and Ellen was a huge advocate on my part. She was kind, patient and worked very hard on my behalf. And after 5 long months we were successful in securing a place.
