A fun place to go First thing. Almost all the employees are relatives, and most of them have nice dogs they take to work. A laid back no pressure attitude. They know they're doing the best that they can and it shows.
Very large facility Large facility with a large parts department and lots of bays for working on your RV or trailer. Price is a little high but what isn't in this day and age.
Recreational Vehicles We bought an RV from Fred's and found that their customer service was lacking. While we waited for the first repair their office staff was making fun of people calling to ask questions. Another time we had taken our trailer over for repair and had left it there and when we went over to pick it up after they had called us and told us it was ready to be picked up they couldn't find the trailer!
Exceeded Expectations We had a very good experience when we purchased a Class A Motor home from Dick at the Fall RV Show and negotiated a few body repairs which they fixed to our satisfaction. We signed an "as is" agreement, but later found another issue and they stepped up and exceeded our expection by making the needed repair. We would definitely do business with Fred's RV again.
