They sold my wife a used tire that was almost bald. We mounted the tire on a rim and found out there was a hole in the center of the tire. It wouldn’t hold air. She called them and told them about the problem and they said if you bring the tire back they will give her her money back. She brought back the tire and they would not give her the money back but argued for a half an hour with her until she finally told them that she was going to turn them in for shady business practices. I blew my tire and needed a replacement on the fly. Joe was so accommodating, he was able to quote me a great price immediately and within a half hour of my phone call, my car was dropped off and being worked on. The other guy working was super patient with my million questions lol. Come to find out, my brake pads and rotors were completely shot as well, so Joe called me with another great price and we took care of that too. Overall great service and I will definitely be seeing them for service needs. Thanks again!!! 😁

As I came into Freds today to inquire about used tires for my Volvo. I was informed that I needed other services such as brakes rotors and a alignment. I informed Fred I was not in a financial position to complete the transaction that would help cover the cost that would support my children’s safety as we commute throughout the capital district he set a number I said I could and as I’m walking out he informs me he gave me all the tires for free. Very quick service! I needed a new battery, exhaust repair, new brakes, and wheel alignment all of which was done the same day I brought it in. Tony and Fred were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Fred's to anyone in need of repairs!
