RecommendedHad Brunch here staff was friendlyand attentive food was good. soup was excellent ( chix shell ). only conplaint was chicken in the fryd chix wrap was kinda chewy. but had great flavor. !

Gtreat little mom and pop cash only diner. Open for breakfast and lunch only. Staff was wonderfully entertaining and attentive...simple great food! I had breakfast...next time I will try lunch.😊👍
The best diner food around and you always come away laughing. The waitresses clown around with each other but they all have hearts of gold. Fred’s is a diamond in the rough.

It's my 1st time here for lunch, but they make you feel like life long friends. Burger was amazing!! The breakfasts look fantastic! Super friendly too!!
Food was amazing. Seriously best breakfast I have had in forever. Omelette was delicious, pancakes the best I have ever had. Can say absolutely nothing negative about this place except for they are in IL and I live in Michigan. I WILL be back!! Thank you Freds Diner!!!
