Best in town. Been going there for a long time . Great food.
The tri tip was not overcooked, and the chicken was wonderful and moist and tender. The chili beans were just right. The bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. And unlike too many BBQ places, the food was not so salty I couldn't eat it. Loved the food and the on-my-timeframe set up of the whole place. We will be back!

In our stop over in Bakersfield we visited Fred's Barbecue Factory. On advice of their staff we ordered the Family Pack 3.....a whole lotta meat to eat from the BBQ. Tri-tips are delicious, ribs perfect, Basque sausages great. BBQ sauces regular and spicy, green salad and potato salads all fresh and tasty. Owner and family are very friendly and offer good hospitality. Thnx all!
