This is now one of our favorite places to eat! We used to come here only on special occasions. Now I find that I love their soup and salad bar so much that we come here more frequently! Amber and Jeff McKnight are super nice as well as great business people! They have the knowledge and drive to succeed!

From the best spinach salad to the charbroiled steak and the friendly staff this place is amazingly good. There was even a group of ladies who had traveled from Texas to try it.

The Fredrick has been a St. Joe staple for as many years as I can remember. Their prime rib is the best EVER & their soup & salad bar is too. Great service too. Love this place!

A co-worker and I ate here last night from the recommendation of the clerk at Drury Inn. Had I known how delicious my spinach salad was going to be, I would have not ordered my entree. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome!! I know where I'll be eating if I ever go back to St. Joe.
