Worst front desk, payroll, eye glasses sale and scheduling departments. Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and mean. Office is old and equipment are older. Not sure if the doctor is older than his equipment. Dr. Isaacs is a great doctor. Professional, friendly and knows his profession. He needs new personnel at the front desk or else he'll lose more customers like he did lose me.

WORST OFFICE EVER. I am a Veteran who is having trouble with the VA at the moment, so I paid OUT OF POCKET for a surgical procedure. A few days after procedure was done, I still had the same eyelid stye. I called and asked if they would take another look at my eyelid. They said it would be an additional cost to see me again, and it might need another surgical procedure that would cost me more. I JUST HAD THE SURGERY. If they did it correctly, then why was the stye still there after only 2 days??? Does not seem like they care... read more

0pthalmologist. Nice staff. Small office with 4 examination/treatment rooms. Laser procedures. Professional services. FULL EYE CARE. TESTS. GREAT FOLLOW UP. ACCEPTS MEDICARE.

My problem isn't so much with Dr. Isaacs as it is with their administrative staff. I had seen Dr. Isaacs three times over the past year. I had a follow-up appointment scheduled for July. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule the appointment 4 times. Two times were due to surgery (mine and my sister's) and two times because I was traveling. Each time I rescheduled, I did so at least two weeks in advance, so these were not last minute reschedules. I needed a new pair of glasses because my 2 yr. old frames had broken. I was the only person in the store. Dr. Isaacs was very kind and helpful. He tried very hard to help me find a frame that I liked. He even attempted to fix my broken frames, but would not guarantee how long they would last. I was sorry that I could not give him any business, but I will tell you that I will go there again and I would recommend that you give it a try!
