55 minutes wait time on the phone, worst than calling a state social services dept , RIDICULOUS! Finally I gave up and hung up , what are these people picking their NOSE?! fist time talked to one rotten apple female rep who didn't like the way i was making a few questions before securing an appointment. So she hung up on me. I wouldn't go there if I had another viable choice
