I visited Dr. Rosenberg multiple times for a biopsy. First, know that parking here is a nightmare, so allow 15 minutes simply to find a spot in the structure and walk to the building. Once inside, I waited 20 minutes in line to check in. I then waited another 45 in the waiting room. After all that my visit (with a PA, who was very nice, but clearly "on a time clock") was rushed and they didn't even ask me to undress (I was also getting a mole check, how is that supposed to occur when clothed?). Dr. Rosenberg is basically retired. You are treated by anonymous physician assistants. Unclean office, rude staff.
I was the second patient that morning and the exam room was filthy (I have pictures). Dirt and dust balls were on the actual sink counter behind the bins. Dr. Rosenburg was rushed and yelled at me, "lie down we have to hurry up and get this done." When I asked about where he was marking for the biopsy he handed me a dirty mirror and a Sharpie and said, 'you mark it." I took my 17 month old baby to this place today due to a rash that doesn't seem to go away.. Dr David was extremely rude Did not want to listen to my daughters history he had this smirk on his face as i was explaining what was going on with her rash. I called him Out on it and I told him i was going to walk out the room and after that he sat down and listen to what i was saying. I couldn't be happier with my care! Very friendly bilingual office- just remodeled and is so fresh and clean. I saw Dr. David who did a biopsy and then I had mohs surgery. You can't see the scar- excellent result. Rosenberg Dermatology is my go to place for sure.
Office staff is rude and condescending. Took three days to finally schedule an appointment for my father. When I called I was first in cue ALWAYS and would not have my call answered. When I finally got my call answered I had been on hold for over 45 minutes. When we attended our first appointment the staff was very rude. They explain nothing. The worst staff ever! Simply they don't care!! You call they put you on hold for ever. Finally you are talking to them asking them to be connected to a nurse or a dr for an emergency they hang up on you!! The pharmacy tries to talk to them for a refill they never pick up or call back!! What kind of medical office is that??? Dr David is the only good thing there!! Can't wait to finish Acutane for my kids and never put my feet in That office again!!
Dr. Rosenberg was very gentle and optimistic when he diagnosed my boyfriend with malignant Melanoma. His kind words were very much appreciated. We consider ourselves very lucky that it was found and treated early! The office seemed orderly at first and I was skeptical, but the care was very good! Thank you!!
Worst experience ever! Do not go to this Dermatologist! From trying to schedule an appointment to the office visit, I am in shock that this facility has not been shut down. The doctor did not listen to my health history or concerns. He wrote down two names on the back of a prescription paper. He told me to look it up and do my homework. Seriously??!! Then he scribbled five prescriptions on a paper and told me to take them in to the pharmacist. I called the office put on hold for over 45 min. :(
