We love Dr. Livingood. She has been taking care of both our daughter and son since they were born and she loves our kids. Every issue we have she provides excellent direction and our visits include help with parenting issues as well as health issues. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone, and have.
Dr. Charette is AMAZING! Our daughter just loves her. Shes been taking care of her literally since the day she was born. Her bedside manner is so compassionate. Our daughter enjoys going to see her-- no fear of the doctor here! We were referred to Dr. Charette by some friends who also love her, and weve in turn given her name to everyone we know whos had a baby. They have ALL loved her.
Dr. Livingood was very kind and compasionate when speaking to my child during a sick appointment. But during her conversation with me she was impatient, vague, arrogant and seemingly inexperienced although in prior posts shes seemingly been around for a while. I found her nurse to be more helpful and knowledgable than her. In 5 years this was my first and last time allowing either of my 2 children to be seen by her.
Dr. Livingood has been my kids pediatrician for approximately 2 months and although she has been very receptive, it is very hard to get her to see my kids for every visit. The reason I switched to Pediatric Associates was because I wanted a docter that my kids would be familiar with and vice versa. She came highly recommended. Although Im not ready to switch doctors again so soon, Ill give it a little more time and see if things get better.
So far I have found her to be absolutely wonderful! My daughter is 6 months and she is my first. Dr. Chen has answered all my questions and not once made me feel as though I was not doing a good job. She explains everything so my husband and I can understand it and is always pleasant. She is wonderful with my daughter and my daughter seems to enjoy her as well.
I LOVE DR. LIVINGOOD!!!! SHE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT GOOD TO MY BABY! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DR. LIVINGOOD!!!!!!!
When we first met Dr. Livingood we loved her. It wasnt until our second child faced the possibility of a severe illness that we learned how unprofessional and frankly unskilled she was--the time when you need a caring, skilled, professional pediatrician most. I dont allow my children to see her for well or any other type of visits.
Dr. Livingood has been a blessing to my family, I first met her when i had taken my daughter in for a checkup. She was never seen by the same doctor until we met Dr. Livingood. When son was born, my husband said that he did not want any other doctor looking at him but Dr. Livingood, she has helped me over come my fears of being a mother of 2 children, showed me how to use a neb machine for my son, and each time has given my children a clean bill of health, when i had my third child, there was no question who her doctor was g... read more
