It is very difficult to make an appointment call. You need to speak another language directly to the AI, but the AI does not understand your needs. The English customer service answered the phone and said 2 sentences and then hung up my phone. I can't imagine the service here.
He's WAS a decent Dr., until he vanished from the face of the Earth without so much as a single word to anyone.. Plus he prescribed me a medication that has severe weight gaining side effects - without ever telling me this. Pretty disgusting.
Dr. Balguma is friendly and easy to approach. He seems more like a friend or neighbor. He’s Very knowledgeable and is always willing to Research and discuss new technology. Highly Recommended.
Dr. Balguma is funny, prepared and so professional at the same time. He makes you feel comfortable and does not make you feel bad about asking too many questions. Thank you!
