I just moved upstate and need a personal and business accountant. I saw this company on my new church bulletin. I trusted that a company who advertises in a church bulletin is friendly and trustworthy. I called 4 times. My information was taken 4 times. Not one phone call back! I matter! I have a business in Manhattan and this company completely disregarded me. Do not bother contacting them.

Very displeased with the service we received. We own a small business, and I had significant difficulty maintaining communication with the office. Numerous phone calls and emails went unanswered, and eventually I left to work with another office without ever getting certain questions and concerns addressed. The new accountant found serious errors in the tax returns prepared by the office and the tax returns had to be redone. I do not recommend.

So pleased with Brin Fredette's services and the assistance of his office administrator Jen. We were referred to Brian to assist with a trust and income tax preparation. So glad to be in the hands of such capable and friendly professionals. Would highly recommend. Thank you Brian, Jen and Sharon!

They do not know anything about farms or horse related businesses. We are still dealing with mistakes they made for 2014 and 2015! We were audited (not triggered, just luck of the draw because the IRS was bored) and they refused to help us without billing for their time. My new CPA has been cleaning up their mess and said future potential audit help should be part of the tax preparation fee. 110% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
