Sam is the rudest employee I've ever encountered at this store. I live nearby and visit frequently. As soon as I entered the store and asked for a simple request, Sam answered in an extremely agitated way and I could instantly tell he didn't want to help. I'd recommend hiring people who actually have decent social skills but understand that it's slim pickings for quality employees.
Super unhelpful staff. when I asked if they could help me with a car key battery replacement, one staff rudely gestured to a corner and didn’t give further instructions. after I found the corresponding battery, she asked me if I needed to replace the battery on the spot. She proceeded to give me a pair of scissors and tell me to look it up on YouTube. it would’ve been earlier if they just mentioned that they couldn’t help with identifying the battery. don’t expect any help from staff.
Rude customer service, the blonde woman was not friendly at all and had an attitude. Won’t be coming back nor wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect friendly service.
