Unable to reach PT dept. to schedule next session. They haven't answered my six messages in six days...
Not sure why people complained ,must be chronic complainers..The front receptionist was pleasant. Nurse Belkris was informative and answered my questions. The NP Kaitlin Forester can't say enough about her. Knowledgeable, friendly and explained in detail about an upcoming wrist surgery.
The NP was very rude for no reason. She must have been having a bad day, or needs a new job. My spinal problems were not addressed. I was treated as if I wasn't welcome there. Her assistant was very nice though! However, I'll never go there again. I'm going to a different orthopedic office next week.
