My kids have been coming there for about 6 years now and they just love Dr. TSE AND HOLLY..
Been waiting for office manager to call back regarding a billing issue and they still haven't called back. Apparently customer service is not their #1 priority. I had a great experience when dr. Tse was there but customer service for the staff up front can be better!
I have an irrational fear of the dentist. However, Dr. Meredith and the entire team there are so positive, inviting, and most of all don't judge! I no longer fear the dentist!
I have extreme dental phobia. To make matters worse, I have to deal with the VA to get my care. Fredericksburg Dental Associates is kind, understanding, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure I am as comfortable as possible while receiving the care I need. They come with my highest recommendation.
Great staff, I love them. Great with my son too.
