My dental hygienist actually apologized when she hit a sensitive spot and was also friendly and welcoming (it was my first time there)! I loved the experience; it was nice!

The staff was incredible pleasant! Dr. Cheng ... The staff was incredible pleasant! Dr. Cheng always makes me feel comfortable and answers any questions I have in a dental language I can understand. He's got a wonderful sense of humor!
