Dr. Cheng and EVERYONE in his office are amazingly customer-service oriented. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes, everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they really listen to what you want and need.
very friendly The people in your office are so friendly and explain what they are doing to you in detail. The receptionist, Chelsa, is especially helpful and sweet. Good experience The dental hygienist was thorough but gentle. She continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable, in a pleasant way. The doctor also was pleasant and thorough in his exam. There was no push for 'cosmetic' services. This is a place I think I can trust!

Cleaning I had a great experience again. I came into Battlefield Dental and I went back almost right away and my cleaning was quick. I hardly was sitting around waiting. I like watching the TV's they have it really makes the cleaning go by faster.
