I'm sick of trying to get any follow through with either the pa or the dr. This clinic is poorly organized and disjointed.You can never talk to anyone nor do they call you back when you leave a message . My husband and I are tired of the lack of service and are looking for a family Dr.not associated with this clinic.
TERRIBLE -- very poor customer service from business office. Front office is rude, you can never speak to a person other than the person who initially answers and disconnects you. They act as though you are bothering them. A few good Dr's here, but they would be better off in their own practice. However, having said that, they do not follow through with patient care. It's more like being cattle pushed through the line.
