We had a “check engine light” that turned into a major issue on our 2020 GMC 3500 HD. Since we are full-time RVers and tow our camper with this truck, we needed it to be serviced quickly and completely. Cameron, our service advisor, took real good care of us by putting a priority on our order, keeping us informed on every step, and helping to get as much of the repairs done under warranty as possible. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. We would highly recommend Fredericksburg GMC Chevrolet Service Dept.
Well my experience with Ethan was an absolute pleasure. He is an amazing Sales Consultant and super nice young man. Hector Mancillas was exceptional as well. He definitely goes above and beyond. And I have to mention Miguel Padilla as well! He was so nice and whom referred Ethan to me. All together just made my experience go smooth and stress free.
