Gary was great, every dealership in San Antonio was backed up for days and did not have any loaners available. I explained my situation to Gary and he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He had a loaner return at the end of the day and informed me on his way home, letting me know he will hold the loaner for me in the morning.
