Goldmark has been nothing short of amazing. They are always willing to work with you. They take care of things instantly. By the far, the best company I have worked with when renting.Â
Go back to allowing residents who get any financial payments on the first of the month to pay rent in person at the office, instead of making them pay rent in some other way that would make the rent payment late every single month. Which therefore makes Goldmark able to get extra money each month from a person who is already on limited funds.Â

horrible place to rent fromÂ
Absolutely TERRIBLE! First, tries and enforces things that are NOT listed in the lease OR resident handbook! Pushes things off that need to be repaired for WEEKS or even months on end! I would like to give Goldmark a 5 star rating, and I would go higher if it was allowed. A big shout-out to Liz at the Kentwood office in Fargo,ND. She goes above and beyond for her tenants and I hope she knows that there are people out there that appreciate her. No matter how short of a time or how clean you leave an apartment they keep a portion of your deposit. We cleaned up all the paint spots that they left on the floor cleaned under the stove that was filthy but no credit for that. If you have a different place that you can rent go there.Â

*I've been waiting 2 years to write this review, because when I moved in 2 years ago, the state of the apartment was filthy and it didn't really get much better than that... *Sage Park does not plow their parking lots even after receiving 8 inches of snow. Sometimes they will go a full week without snow removal. *Residents enjoy pulling the fire alarms at all hours of the day or night.
