Takes way too long for them to order parts and make repairs.
RecommendedRecently called and bought two unique to homeowner commercial line saws. Their service was prompt, courteous, informative, and although I spent a good bit of money, I appreciated their excellent customer service.
My Husband, Zach, got a new chainsaw from Frederick's this past week for his birthday. He said the service was outstanding and the sales person was extremely helpful in getting him with the right saw within the budget. The saw runs great and we will be going back for all our lawn and garden equipment needs.
