Worst customer service EVER!! They never charged out account on time, we always had to call. Several months they charged our account twice and even after we left they charged out account and now we are fighting to get our money back. Multiple people including Sally and Barbara both commented "what do you want us to do?" Another man who would not identify himself commented at us when we said it was fraudulent that we can do what we have to do.
Always very helpful. Treat you like they actually care, not just another account number. Oil Refilling.
Frederick's fuel is amazing. I love that they answer the phone quickly, they're so polite, and sufficient! You call to order and they arrive typically in a day or 2 and faster if it's an emergency delivery. With all the struggles of phone companies, electric and cable this is the only bill I never mind calling for
