Frederick’s fuel has been supplying my Aunt with heating oil for over 20 years. She mostly speaks with Melissa, who has provided outstanding support whenever my Aunt had billing questions or was concerned about issues she had with her heating system. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else!
I have been a customer with Frederick’s Fuel Sussex for over 9 years now and the experience has been stellar!!!!! Melissa has been amazing at taking great care of us and our home! She not only has taken a personal interest in our home but is the most kind, thoughtful, and caring person at the company. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was running out of fuel on a very cold weekend. I got in touch with a saleman named John who took care of all my needs and made sure my young children would not go cold. John even provided a furnace check up on short notice to make sure verything was working safely and properly. Frederick's provided the best customer service I have ever encountered. I won't ever go to any other oil company. Thank you!
Worst customer service EVER!! They never charged out account on time, we always had to call. Several months they charged our account twice and even after we left they charged out account and now we are fighting to get our money back. Multiple people including Sally and Barbara both commented "what do you want us to do?" Another man who would not identify himself commented at us when we said it was fraudulent that we can do what we have to do.
