I purchased a large 163.00 spray for an extended family member from Frederick's. The person who took my order was curt, unprofessional and impatient; she kept interrupting me. I was patient, and because I live out of state, I asked the person to snap a photo of the spray and send it to my cell, so I could see what was created. The funeral service was on May 9.
