Frederick is the best in the game and in town!!!
I purchased a large 163.00 spray for an extended family member from Frederick's. The person who took my order was curt, unprofessional and impatient; she kept interrupting me. I was patient, and because I live out of state, I asked the person to snap a photo of the spray and send it to my cell, so I could see what was created. The funeral service was on May 9. I came in on Weds Feb 12th needing flowers for my mother's viewing and service. They were on Sun Feb 16th and Mon Feb 17th. I totally forgot about Valentine's Day on the 14th. The staff worked with us and was able to make two beautiful arrangements. One being a casket spray and the other a standing spray. We received many compliments on how beautiful the arrangments were. The flower colors were perfect and bright. I have seen many arrangements done by Fredericks before. Their flowers are always fresh and neatly arranged.
