Eliza T. Recently purchased a refrigerator here and had a disappointing experience. Original delivery timeline of 5 days stretched into over two weeks. They did lend us a refrigerator to use in the meantime but it was a hassle. They did discount the item, which we appreciated. Communication was one sided with always being initiated by me. The product is very good, however.
BWarren Our experience has been nothing but positive with Fredericks. We purchased appliances for our last three new homes and every experience has been outstanding. The delivery man found a problem with one of our dishwashers which was replaced with an upgrade. Eric Blakemore is a business owner with integrity. We can highly recommend this appliance store to anyone.
Great Products, Great prices, Fabulous delivery We have purchased new appliances from Frederick's twice. Both times we have had wonderful help from the sales people, Debbie in particular. The prices have been better than large home stores and we had many more choices than going to Home Depot or Lowe's and the products were in the store to see, explore and touch. Eric Blakemore is the MAN! I bought a fridge and dishwasher from Frederick's appliance last year and was assisted by the owner Eric. He educated me about the appliances, gave me a great deal and then loaded them into my truck by himself. About eight months later, the fridge was having problems keeping temperature so I called the manufacturer to utilize the warranty. after four months of back and forth with service visits and the warranty running out, I emailed Eric to see what if anything he could do for me. Great prices and service? yes! I was surprised when visited this store in Redmond that a friend recommended at work to find great pricing (do ask the salespersons as the price tags are usually retail, you cheat yourself if you dont ask) and they didnt ignore me while I was there! Delivery was smooth with no damage to my new home (Sears damaged my last house). I will buy there again for sure.
Awesome delivery guys and a great deal Eric, The clearance center fridge I bought cleaned up well, and I ordered the hinge cover that was missing?. and put a magnet over the scratch/dent so you can't even see it!

Its good to shop around...NOT! What a good experience we had buying our appliances from Fredericks. When we shopped at a competitor (where we were supposed to get a discount and an extended warranty because they worked with our remodeler) they emphasized over and over again, that this or that product just wasn't good.
