Great customer service We shopped all of the competition, and found this company to have everything that we were looking for. Best help in the showroom, best prices, and best after the sale help when we needed it. We did have an issue with our microwave, but even when the manufacturer dragged their feet, Fredericks remedied it quickly.
Quality Appliances and Service This is a good, hometown store that's been around as long as I can remember. We recently purchased a dishwasher from them. Good price, in stock, no sales hassles. Delivery was a bit slow because the installer didn't show up to work that day... hmm. But they brought it by the next day!
Prices and service and selection. All in one place We just finished making our major appliance purchase after shopping the internet and all over the city. We found the best deals across the lake in Redmond. Our salesperson Luke Colby was terrific. He matched prices, and even beat some internet prices. He also steered us away from certain models he knew were problematic. A level of customer service that we were not accustom to in todays fast paced retail world. Hallelujah for Fredericks!

Eliza T. Recently purchased a refrigerator here and had a disappointing experience. Original delivery timeline of 5 days stretched into over two weeks. They did lend us a refrigerator to use in the meantime but it was a hassle. They did discount the item, which we appreciated. Communication was one sided with always being initiated by me. The product is very good, however.
Hi Tech Fredrick's has a great line of some new hi tech appliances. I was amazed at what some of the new washers and dryers can do not to mention even the old refrigerator has changed. Its fun just to look around
Great prices and service? yes! I was surprised when visited this store in Redmond that a friend recommended at work to find great pricing (do ask the salespersons as the price tags are usually retail, you cheat yourself if you dont ask) and they didnt ignore me while I was there! Delivery was smooth with no damage to my new home (Sears damaged my last house). I will buy there again for sure.
Great Products, Great prices, Fabulous delivery We have purchased new appliances from Frederick's twice. Both times we have had wonderful help from the sales people, Debbie in particular. The prices have been better than large home stores and we had many more choices than going to Home Depot or Lowe's and the products were in the store to see, explore and touch. Awesome delivery guys and a great deal Eric, The clearance center fridge I bought cleaned up well, and I ordered the hinge cover that was missingâ¦. and put a magnet over the scratch/dent so you can't even see it! Just wanted to say that your delivery guys were AWESOME!! They did a great job and were very careful and helpful, and made sure that everything was working well before they left. Kudos to them.
