Super sweet staff! Most of my blood work was within a range Western medicine would call “normal,” which didn’t explain all my problems with sleep, energy, and focus. Dr. Erika helped me move from “normal range” to “optimal,” and I’m sleeping through the night again, have less brain fog, and got my energy back!
I've only had one appointment so far with Forum Health but the office was very comfortable and friendly, it was easy to park, Erika Shepard seemed very thorough in her analysis of test results and was very caring, efficient and thoughtful. I really appreciate that they can act as a primary care and offer Telehealth too when I'm traveling!
