Our wedding cake was fantastic. Not only did it look beautiful with a wave design frosting and fresh fall flowers, but it was delicious. So many wedding cakes are dry or tasteless but not the cake from Frederick's. Both the vanilla and chocolate sponge was moist and the raspberry filling and frosting were flavorful. The most delicious carrot cake ever! Sam Harvey went above and beyond with decorating a cake for my son who is going active duty with the Army. The cake was gorgeous and it tasted even better!
I can not praise this place enough right now!! Thank you SO much! On the morning of her wedding day, one of my nieces found out her original cake from another bakery had completely the wrong colors on her wedding cake. A friend phoned Frederick's asking if it was possible for them to make a 2-tier, simple, white wedding cake in 3 hours. They pulled it off, and did an incredible job! We LOVED working with them! The tasting was great, and than allowing us to add some ribbon and choosing different kinds, the cake came out amazing! They also went above and beyond and left some nice sweets in our suite we were staying at. They were great to work with, and I'm so glad we did! I highly recommend them!
Frederick's Pastries is AMAZING! We had our wedding cake made by them and it was not only delicious but it was absolutely breathtaking. I cannot say enough about them! I would highly recommend Frederick's!
